A wall iron for cable lead-in and a method of manufacture thereof are provided to facilitate manufacture compared to a existing method so that mass production is possible and maintain stable and uniform quality. A method of manufacturing a wall iron for cable lead-in comprises: a step(S1) preparing for each spars(20a) which have the same length with a horizontal part(30') and a vertical part(40') of a fixed clamp and adjustment clamp(20'); a step(S2) cutting out and forming a blanking surface(50a) in order to be symmetrical from up and down ends(E3,E4) of the spars to an inner side through blanking processing of a manufacturing method of press for the each spars; a step(S4) forming both sides(32,42) bent from the upper side of each horizontal part and vertical part of the adjustment clamp and fixed clamp; and a step(S5) forming the adjustment clamp and the fixed clamp consisting of each horizontal part and vertical part.
