A cleaning device of flat panel display which is separated up and down is provided to remove an organic compound adhered to a glass surface by including a nitrogen supply unit for preventing oxygen from being generated between a glass and a ultraviolet ray irradiation lamp and extend lifetime by facilitating maintenance and repair. A cleaning device of flat panel display which is separated up and down comprises an ultraviolet inspection unit, a top cleaning unit and an IR dry heater unit. The ultraviolet inspection unit(2) for an organic matter cleaning in which one end is fixed by a hinge onto a frame body(1) and in which an ultraviolet ray irradiation lamp for irradiating ultraviolet ray is installed in inside is hinged and operated. The top cleaning unit(3) is installed for ascend and descend on a lift frame and a plurality of cleaning devices are successively installed on the lift frame and a elevating-drive device elevating the lift frame is installed in the top cleaning unit. The IR dry heater unit(4) is fixed by a hinge on the frame body and is rotated and operated and again dries the surface of the glass.
