A probe unit having a pogo pin and a substrate repair apparatus using the same are provided to improve the reliability of the connection determination of a test board through the probe unit. A plurality of pogo pins(10) are electrically contacted to a test object. A supporting part(20) is made of the transparent material in order to support a plurality of pogo pins. A conductive pin(30) delivers the information reading in through a plurality of pogo pins. A conductive plate(40) is electrically connected to a plurality of pogo pins and the conductive pin.
