A pandory is provided to produce product exclusively by reducing cost and compensate for function of furniture or interior with a structure similar to the function of a camera tripod heat. A pandory comprises a rolling sphere(C) machined like a sphere into the center; a rolling sphere lower cover(D) keeping in place by cutting a concave part of semi-circular type under of the rolling sphere; a rolling sphere upper cover(B) surrounding a sphere; and a rolling fixing bolt(G) connecting and thus fixing the lower plate with the bolt. The pandory fixes a flat sheet by inclining it back and forth and left and right.
