A rubber closure for the injection cartridge is provided to accurately draw out the injection solution of the cartridge in the pressurized withdrawal using an aspirator. A rubber closure(3) for the injection cartridge comprises: a plurality of ring grooves which are inserted into the floor side opening part of the cartridge, and are formed in the side in the state that the upper side and floor side are altogether flat; and a support groove member(4) for steadily being mobile in the state that the rubber closure of the deformation is minimized according to the inner wall of the container(1) while a pusher being naturally located to the center of the rubber closure in the injection withdrawal using the pusher(5) of an aspirator.
