An apparatus for wrapping heat insulation material is provided to wrap heat insulation material on an outer surface of a pressing vessel uniformly and automatically by the number of wrapping that a user wants, thereby improving heat insulation performance of the pressing vessel to a level that the user wants. A pressing vessel mounting unit(10) mounts a pressing vessel(3) on a frame. The first driving unit(12) rotates the pressing vessel mounting unit. The second driving unit(16) is rotatably installed in the frame. The second driving unit rotates a bobbin mounting unit(14). The bobbin mounting unit includes a bobbin(5) wrapped by heat insulation material. A control unit(18) wraps the heat insulation material on the pressing vessel. The bobbin mounting unit includes a circulation arm(14a) and a pair of support arms(14b).
