PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for drug-release stents capable of adjusting a drug-release rate, its production method and a drug-release stent coated with the coating agent.

SOLUTION: This coating agent for drug-release stents is formed by including biologically active agents, and either one of pullulan acetate of chemical formula 1 or polyurethane containing a surfactant as the coating material.
