<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange structure having yield improving effects and improved machinability in following processes (finishing processes) after forging, and capable of being inexpensively manufactured while suppressing occurrence of cracking. <P>SOLUTION: The flange structure as a warm forged and molded product comprises a shaft member 31, and a flange 32 extending from the shaft member 31 in the direction of the outer diameter.
