<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing reductive beverage by a simple safe method. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid beverage having the reductivity is produced by filling a container with a liquid beverage, and adding dropwise a mixed liquefied gas having a volume concentration of liquid hydrogen of ≥0.1% to the space of the container to replace the remaining air to allow the liquid hydrogen in the mixed liquefied gas to be vaporized and to allow the hydrogen to be dissolved in the liquid beverage having almost no hydrogen partial pressure to provide the liquid beverage having reductivity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
