<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substation automation system capable of preventing a phenomenon such that transmission data can not be transmitted to overflow from an internal area under condition that state change frequently occurs, by avoiding concentration of reception data processing on a substation server. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to a configuration of the substation server 1, control units 2, 3, 4, and an Ethernet network, a network load monitoring device 9 is connected to the Ethernet network 5. The network load monitoring device 9 includes: a related information detecting means 9a of detecting related information on data to be transmitted to the substation server 1; and a time zone setting means 9b of setting sizes of time windows by the control units based upon the related information detected by the related information detecting means 9a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
