<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent light in which high total luminous flux and brightness without spots are achieved although a light-emitting face is flat surfaced and compact, and which has general versatility with a built-in lighting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The fluorescent light includes: a fluorescent lamp 2 in which a pair of electrodes 3a, 3b are arranged in both end parts 4a, 4b of a tube, and in which the tube to lead a discharge passage formed between the electrodes 3a, 3b is wound around in a spiral form in a flat face; an inverter circuit 5 for supplying a high frequency voltage to the pair of electrodes 3a, 3b of the fluorescent lamp 2 and to turn on the fluorescent lamp 2; and a base 6 for connecting the inverter circuit 5 to a power supply. Preferably, the base 6 is conforming to a specification GX53, and the inverter circuit 5 is installed between two terminals of the base 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
