<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest capable of being easily manufactured bu reducing the number of components and easily inserting a speaker therein when foam-molding a cushion pad. <P>SOLUTION: A headrest core 12 is attached to the upper part (lower part in Fig. 1) of a vertically inverted stay member 11, and the headrest core 12 is housed in the cavity K of the molding die 21 and is embedded in a cushion pad 13 die-molded by a foaming resin material. A film speaker 17 is supported through a plurality of support pins 29 erected on the inner surface of a second die 23, and the film speaker 17 is embedded in front of the headrest core 12 inside the cushion pad 13. A lead wire 19 connected to the film speaker 17 is introduced from an introducing hole 11b formed at the stay member 11 on the inside and is led out from the opening at the lower end (upper end in Fig. 1) of a leg part 11a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
