PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing falling off of a solidified surface layer of a heat solidifying-type lubricant exposed at an open part of a die when the die is taken away. SOLUTION: The method for preventing falling off of a solidified surface layer of a heat solidifying-type lubricant exposed at an open part of a die when the die is taken away comprises forming of continuous solidified surface layer between a part, where a heat solidifying-type lubricant contacts with a die at an open part of a bearing space, and a part, where the lubricant contacts with a preheated antifriction bearing, by preheating of a housing of a tapered roller bearing as an antifriction bearing at a sintering temperature of thermoplastic resin powder or above before filling up of a bearing space with the heat solidifying-type lubricant.
