PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control more accurately the rate of content of the fiber volume of a fiber-reinforced composite material in a fiber-reinforced composite material system. SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material molding system 10 for molding by impregnating a fiber bundle 14 with resin includes: a resin impregnating device 22 for impregnating the fiber bundle 14 with a first resin; and a resin coating device 34 for covering with a second resin the fiber bundle 14 with the first resin impregnated, wherein the second resin to be used has a resin viscosity higher than the first resin.
