PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely bring a temperature sensor into contact with a battery, if the position of an object to be detected, such as the battery varies, and in addition, to prevent the temperature sensor from being unlocked accidentally by vibration, or the like. SOLUTION: An enclosure 4 for covering the temperature sensor 1, a pair of flexible parts 2, 2' and 24, 24' having a part longitudinally protruding from the enclosure and then laterally bending, and respective locks 3 and 3' connected with the respective flexible parts are provided. While the temperature sensor is longitudinally brought into contact with the object 37 and the lock is engaged with a locked part 9 on a side of the object to be detected, the flexible parts is elastically bend longitudinally. The flexible parts bend in the directions that intersect the longitudinal and lateral directions, to have the lock and the locked part engaged. A pair of flexible parts is placed rotationally symmetric. The locks 3 and 3' are engaged with the locked part 9 from the outside, and the flexible parts are tilted outward.
