PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress output voltage loss and variations thereof in a voltage generation circuit using a charge pump circuit. SOLUTION: The power generation circuit includes the charge pump circuit; an output circuit including an output transistor QOUT connected between a node NA and an output terminal OUT of the charge pump circuit; and an output control circuit for controlling the output transistor QOUT.
