PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably fix a yoke and cover with respect to an electromagnetic relay. SOLUTION: A housing part 65 which is a rectangular box-shape swelling portion is formed adjacent to a base part 61 of disk shape of a left side cover 60, and a large diameter swelling part 84 of a rectangular box-shape is formed adjacent to a base part 81 of disk shape of a right side cover 80. The base parts 61, 81 of the both covers are respectively inserted in level difference parts 17, 17 formed at the both end openings of a central yoke 16, and the level difference parts 17, 17 are rolling caulked and the rolling caulked parts 18 are engaged with respectively four corners of the housing part 65 and the large diameter swelling part 84 from the outside. Since the yoke and the cover are fastened while rotation stopped by the rolling caulked parts, the process man-hours and assembly man-hours are reduced while these are fixed certainly.
