PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the interruption of a binarized line sensor image by the absence of a trolley wire is processed as background noise, not as a trolley wire, because no trolley wire runs down through the image. SOLUTION: A line sensor image made up of (M+2N) lines is created by coupling, to the nth one of the line sensor images compartmentalized every M lines and assigned serial numbers, a preliminary line image, made up of N lines (M≥N) of M lines of the (n-1)th line sensor image, which follows the nth line sensor image in a time-series manner, and a preliminary line image, made up of N lines of M lines of the (n+1)th line sensor image, which follows the nth line sensor image in a time-series manner.
