PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cased wrap film roll, which prevents the tip of a wrap film from being rolled back into the wrap film case body with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The cased wrap film roll comprises a wrap film rolled body 7 obtained by winding the wrap film 8, a case body 2 to store the wrap film rolled body 7 and a case lid body 3 to cover the upper opening of the case body 2 openably/closably, wherein a horizontal slit 12 to pull out the tip 41 of the wrap film 8 is provided at the middle stage of the front plate 11 of the case body 2 and also the case lid body 3 is provided with a lid body front plate 21 having a length extending lower part than the horizontal slit 12 in the state that the lid of the case body 2 is closed and a wrap cutter 22 to cut the wrap film 8 along the lower edge 21a of the lid body front plate 21 is provided.
