PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular structure body for a safety tire capable of being easily manufactured at low cost in which a conventional general rim can be used, it is not required that a particular valve is auxiliarily provided on a side wall part of a pneumatic tire and there is no fear of reduction of durability caused by unexpected contact of a run flat carrier stored in the pneumatic tire with an inner surface of the tire. SOLUTION: The hollow annular structure body 3 for the safety tire is arranged at an inner side of the pneumatic tire 1 provided with a tread part 5, a pair of side wall parts 6 continued to respective side parts of the tread part 5 and extending to an inner side in a radial direction, and a bead part 7 continued to an inner peripheral sides of the respective side wall parts 6. The expansion-deformable annular structure body 3 has joint parts 14 at two positions on a periphery in a meridian cross section and has a ventilation part for performing communication of the inner side with the outer side.
