PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaeration device, which is excellent in a deaeration efficiency, cost effectively manufactured, and easy in maintenance. SOLUTION: The aeration device 19 includes a channel through which a cleaning liquid passes, a constricted part 21 with a narrowed lumen cross-sectional area of the channel is provided in the middle of the channel. The channel is made of a deformable rigid pipe 20, and the constricted part 21 is formed by reducing the diameter at an appropriate location of the rigid pipe. Cavitation is caused at the rear side of the constricted part to turn dissolved air in the cleaning liquid into bubbles. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
