PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom mist sauna apparatus capable of coping with various needs of a bather and pursuing comfortableness more. SOLUTION: The bathroom mist sauna apparatus MS is provided with mist valves 57 and 58, heaters 60, 61 and 62, and a CPU 40 as a control means for controlling them. The CPU 40 executes zone separation air conditioning control for forming a perspiration zone to urge the perspiration of a bather by jetting mist into a bathroom by a mist nozzle and elevating a temperature inside the bathroom by the heaters in parallel and forming a cool zone where the bather who perspires in the perspiration zone can be made to bodily feel coolness at least matched with the formation of the perspiration zone. By the control, the bathroom is configured so that the bather can go back and forth between the perspiration zone and the cool zone and cycle bathing which enables the bather to alternately experience the perspiration and the bodily feeling of the coolness is made possible.
