A packing container is provided, which can contain a plurality of acupuncture and moxibustion needles and can unseal a number of needles to be used collectively at one time. On one end side of a packing container (blister packing) consisting of a container body (10) and a sheet member (20) stuck peelably onto its plane, a play portion (23) where the sheet member (20) is not stuck on the outer frame portion (13) of the container body (10) is provided. On the other hand, perforations (cut portions (21a, 21b), uncut portions (22a, 22b)) are provided along the center line of a boundary portion (12) from one end to the other end of the packing container. The uncut portion (22a) at the play portion (23) is set longer than the uncut portion (22b) at other than the play portion.
