An area information search server (50), when it receives a search request including the position information of the cellular phone (10) or the like from the cellular phone (10) or the like, detects a region where a position indicated by the position information included in the search request is located as an origin of the movement of the cellular phone (10) or the like, refers to the mobility frequency registration table, and detects a destination of the movement to which the cellular phone (10) or the like may highly probably move from the detected origin of the movement. The area information search server (50) detects a key word regarding the region of the destination corresponding to the detected destination. A general search server (60) carries out a search by using the key word detected by the area information search serer (50) and a key word of a target to be searched.
