<p>Methods for conducting a talent contest are provided. A predetermined number of finalists in a song contest and a predetermined number of finalists in a performance contest in each of a plurality of regions are selected based on predetermined criteria. One or more broadcasts are provided in each of the plurality of regions, where the selected predetermined number of finalists in the song contest compete against one another and the selected predetermined number of finalists in the performance contest compete against one another until a song regional finalist and performance regional finalist are selected. The performance regional finalist from each of the plurality of regions compete against one another by performing one or more songs until a winning performance regional finalist is selected.</p> |
