A hot melt adhesive film composition is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force and to expect the simplification and stabilization of a manufacturing process by adhering a footwear insole with heat. A hot melt adhesive film composition for a footwear insole comprises a polymer base 100.0 parts by weight; a tackifier 50~120 parts by weight; an adhesion promoter 0.05~2 parts by weight; and normal additives. The polymer base comprises an ethylene / alphaolefin copolymer resin 85-95 weight% and ionomer 5-15 weight. The ethylene / alphaolefin copolymer comprises one copolymerized with ethylene and butene(C4), hexene(C6) and octene(C8) as an alphaolefin which is a comonomer.
