An environment-friendly natural soil-based flexible road pavement material and the pavement method are provided to let water through easily, to have resistance to cracks, an impact and abrasion, and to have the environment-friendly effect. An environment-friendly natural soil-based flexible road pavement material comprises a water-permeable elastic layer(12) formed on the upper part to let water pass below a secondary sub-base course(7), a primer layer(13) formed by applying asphalt concrete primer, a natural soil mixed layer(18) formed on the upper surface of the primer layer, and a top coat layer(19) formed by applying a mixture of surface hardener and antibiotics to reinforce the upper surface of the natural soil mixed layer and to have an antibacterial function. |
