FIELD: ventilation. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for controllable ventilation under clothing includes flare in the form of tapered cone to be inserted into cylindrical elements of clothes. Lower base of flare includes casing where elastic open ring and lace with limiters are located. Cylindrical ventilation insert is located under flare and takes no more than 2/3 of length of its forming line. Rings from elastic material are located in upper and lower parts of insert. Upper base of flare is built into insert stitching to the main fabric of clothes. In free position, lower base of flare is open to its limits due to elastic forces of open ring. When lace is pulled tight, cross section area decreases and no air is supplied under clothes in maximum tightened position. ^ EFFECT: controllable air ventilation under clothes depending on changing meteorological conditions of environment and physical loading level. ^ 3 dwg
