Infra-red gas analyzer consists of optically connected source of infra-red radiation, cuvettes with input and output gas branch pipes, inlet and outlet transparent windows, parabolic mirror in focus of which receiver of infrared radiation is placed, output of receiver of infrared radiation through amplifier is connected to block for processing electric signals to which are included analog-digital transformer, micro-processor and device for indication. To increase accuracy of measurement of concentration of analyzed gases source of infrared radiation includes at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate in maxima with wavelengths coinciding with wavelengths in maxima of selective absorption bands of analyzed gases in gas mix, and at least two active elements with p-n transitions that radiate at wavelengths in maxima that do not coincide with wavelengths of selective absorption bands of analyzed gases in gas mix. |
