A method for obtaining of vaccine for treatment of acute and chronic diseases of urogenital organs is carried out with antigens, obtained of the microflora of patient. The presence of viral infection is additional determined in a patient and, depending on the detected set of conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic bacteria and viruses, the antigen material is prepared, at that the inactivation of microorganisms and their toxins is carried out depending on their specific properties by biological, chemical or physical techinques, after that the commercial antiinfectious preparations, in particular antiherpes and antitrichomonas vaccines, are added to the antigen composition, and the obtained suspension is treated with ultrasound to the obtaining of water-lipidic microparticles with the size of 20-25 μm. |
