FIELD: electricity, mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: production line for extraction of rare and rare earth elements from fly ash of thermal power plants contains the following serially connected components: device for raw materials reception, magnet separator, mixer, granulator, electrosmelting device, hammer mill, leaching devices, filtration devices, extraction devices and sulphatisation devices. It is additionally equipped with electrostatic separators with receivers of conductor, semiconductor and non-conductor fraction installed in front of magnet separator, and leaching and filtration devices installed after receiver of nonconductor fraction. ^ EFFECT: more intense extraction of valued components from fly ash of thermal power plants. ^ 1 dwg |
