An installation for detonation application of coatings consists of cooled shaff, in which is located a cooled tube for supply of powder, a batcher of powder, a unit of gas distribution and an ignition unit. In accordance with the invention, in cooled shaft a limiting unit with annular collector-mixer is located. The limiting unit with annular collector-mixer and cooled tube for supply of powder are mobile in axial direction and with possibility of displacement by means of electrical position drives connected to limiting unit and tube for supply of powder respectively, in the automatic mode during application of coating. In the annular collector-mixer the tubes for supply of the components of combustible mixture are located in such a way that their axes intersect in the collector at right angle. The axis of one of the tubes has an angle of 0… 60° with the plane, tangent to the external wall of the cavity of collector-mixer, and intersects the axis of another tube. The installation can be used at enterprises of general and special machine building for strengthening and restoring the most critical and expensive elements of structures because of the possibility of application of coatings with unique gradient of physical mechanical properties on the thickness of coating. |
