Disclosed is an arrangement for closing a fuselage 11 connected to a towed submarine object (3, Fig 1) and comprising first and second shells 11a and 11b articulated on each other by a hinge 43. Releasable means 47 lock the shells to each other. The hinge means 43 are assembled so as to slide with respect to each other along the articulation axis of the shells 45 in order to actuate the locking or unlocking of these shells. Also disclosed are an appliance for controlling the navigation of a towed submarine object and having a fuselage with an articulated shell arrangement and method of manufacturing such an articulated fuselage arrangement. |
