FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: rotary thermal desorber consists of a bin with a proportioning device, an outlet chamber, a casing, a rotary drum with balls and blades rigidly attached thereto, an inlet chamber, a combustion chamber and gas burners. The aforesaid rotary drum is furnished with a smaller drum arranged there inside. Note that both drums are furnished with blades rigidly fixed thereon, the blades being arranged in row at an angle to the drum axis of rotation and fitted with rigidly fixed guides intended for the aforesaid balls also arranged outside the running drums. The said radial guides occupy at least half the circumference of rotary drums outer diameters. The rotary drum has two openings arranged at 90 to each other, one coming intermittently aligned with the inlet and outlet chambers, the other one with the space between the casing and inner space the rotary drum. Note also that both drums can turn in opposite directions relative to each other and the aforesaid guides with the stops can lift the balls upward when one of its openings gets aligned with the outlet chamber. ^ EFFECT: higher intensity of desorption due to longer path of greased soil inside rotary drum. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg |
