FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains a horizontal rack where the screw couplers are established. On regulated and mobile laths perpendicularly to horizontal rack fixatives for pubic bones in the form of hairpins with lodgments are established on their extremities.
