An energy-saturated metallic nanoparticle has sizes from 1 nm to 100 nm, mainly spherical form, surface electric charge, it is chelated by polar molecules of liquid, and metal of nanoparticle is in amorphous state. The surface electric charge of nanoparticle is formed by excess of electrons. Nanoparticle is obtained by electric-pulse ablation of the surface of metallic granules in the liquid with subsequent condensation of oversaturated metallic vapor at rapid cooling. |
