The device (1) has two support arms (2, 3), which are movably arranged relative to each other. A cloth line (5) runs from one of the support arms to the other support arm. A bar (6) designed as a press bar (7) can be clamped for clamping the cloth line between the support arms. The press bar is movably arranged at one of the support arms. The support arms and/or additional support arms (11) are arranged and can be pivoted in a fan type. A holder (4) is provided for wall mounting of the device.
