The plug 20, for repairing pot holes in asphalt road surfaces, is formed from an elastomeric material and comprises an anti-skid surface. The plug is preferably disk shaped or has a generally frusto-conical shape and the anti-skid surface may be harder than the material of the plug and/or may be a roughened surface of the plug. The plug preferably has at least one injection hole 22 to allow grout to be injected through the plug and at least one blow out hole 23 for allowing the passage of the grout. The plug preferably has a hollow underside 21 and an annular rim 25. Also claimed are methods of repairing a hole which involve making a precision cut hole and locating a plug within the hole. |
