FIELD: heating, drying. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disperse materials drying technologies and may be used in food, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Two-chamber pneumatic cyclone dryer includes housing, accommodating two cyclone chambers provided with tangential slotted inlets for gas suspension and separating crest, the upper and lower inlet chokes located opposite to each other and exhaust nozzles linked with bypass spiral. Bypass gas conduits for coolant supply through the upper and lower nozzles are routed around cyclone chambers. The upper choke is coupled with screw feeder and vibrator is fixed to one of cyclone chamber's housing. Optimal parameters of vibrator operation are as follows: level of vibration within 70...85 dB, vibration frequency within 31.5...125 Hz, effective time 5 sec with 30 sec interval. ^ EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
