A double input-output optical disk drive is provided to use one port to connect with a computer in which the disk drive is mounted and the other port to connect with another computer if necessary so that the optical disk drive mounted on a computer is shared easily. A double input-output optical disk drive is characterized in that the input/output is divided in IDE or S-ATA method. In the IDE method, which is a parallel method, the final input/output of the optical disk drive is connected to a main board through an E-IED controller in parallel and the input/output of the IDE controller is converted to USB signal through a USB serial interface engine so that the input/output is connected with an external computer. In the S-ATA method, which is a serial method, the input/output of the optical disk drive is divided into three through an S-ATA bridge and the divided three input/output are serially connected with a main board, the optical disk drive, and an external computer, respectively.
