Method for washout of cadmium from organism of rat includes intraperitoneal introduction during 14 days of cadmium sulfate that is preliminarily dissolved in 0.9 % solution of sodium chloride at calculation of 0.134 mg / 100 g of animal body mass. During next 14 days one models state of experimental metabolic acidosis through intraperitoneal introduction of ammonium chloride at calculation 20 mg / 100 mg of animal body mass. At that one uses biological model of adaptation possibilities of poisoned with heavy metals organism of animal under conditions of formed stressed acidosis state, this corrects content of cadmium I poisoned organism.
