A fuel saving device of the bus is provided to prevent the idle spin of the bus and the change of the shift gear efficiently. A fuel saving device of the bus comprises an idle spin forecast unit(100) which determines the situation that idle spin is expected to be generated in advance and the termination of idle spin, a charge detecting unit(300) for sensing the charged capacity of the battery installed at the bus, a fuel saving controller(200). If the idle forecast unit expects the idle spin and the charged capacity sensed from the charging detecting part is more than the standard value, the fuel saving controller stops the engine of the bus in order to save the fuel. If the idle forecast unit determines the termination of idle spin, the fuel saving controller reactivates the engine of the bus. |
