The invention relates to organopolysiloxanes which contain an alcohol odorous substance Y-OH, are tied up by means of a betaine ester group having a-NRR-CH-C(O)OY structure, split the alcohol odorous substance under acid conditions and are hydrolysis stable in a neutral and slightly acid area. The inventive organopolysiloxanes are fixable to textile fibres, skin and hairs and are suitable in the form of perfume components for textile treatment and body care agents.
