Appliance for fixation of rail to tie has built-in anchor, this is fixed in concrete tie and in it opening for one end of springy socket is provided, its other end rests with support section on support of toe of built-in anchor. Pressing section of springy socket rests through insulator on base of rail installed on under-rail pad. Between the under-rail pad and the tie additional metal pad is installed.
