Method for determination of molecular genetic markers of diagnosis and prognosis in children suffering on rhabdomyosarcoma includes investigation of presence of chimeric transcripts in tumor. In patients one additionally takes samples of marrow before, in process and after treatment and performs two-stage molecular-genetic investigation by method of polymerase-chain reaction with detection of results in real time. In case of positive results one diagnoses alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma with determination of respective stage of disease and stratification group.
