A controllable pedal operating apparatus of the bicycle is provided to optimize the driving force and to minimize the dead zone and the power. A controllable pedal operating apparatus of the bicycle comprises a crank shaft(3) inserted into both side screw part(2, 2') inside diameter of the bicycle frame(1), bolt holes(4,4') formed at the both lateral end of the crank shaft, a screw part of control devices(8, 8') in which control gears(5, 5') and screw parts(6,6',7,7') are formed, fixing equipments(10,10') in which bolt holes(9, 9') are formed in the control device, through-holes(15, 15') of the chain ring(16) in which chain ring fixing shaft(21,21') formed in the right crank arm(20) pass through. |
