A panel coupling structure of composite windows and doors is provided to couple inner and outer panels made of different materials easily and to join the inner and outer panels strongly. A panel coupling structure of composite windows and doors comprises an outer panel(300) installed to be exposed to the outdoor(OD) of a structure, and an inner panel(400) coupled to the outer panel to finish the indoor(ID) of a structure. The outer panel is provided with elastic clips(310) at two sides in the longitudinal direction to have an elastic hook(318), and the inner panel is provided with a coupling groove(410) having a hanging projection to couple with the elastic hook of the elastic clip elastically, wherein the elastic clip is composed of at least one or more elastic transformation grooves(313) formed along the corner bent to be coupled to the coupling groove and to guide elastic deformation. |
