FIELD: medicine; biotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: prepare a suspension of micobacteria in the distilled water and plant it to 1010-5 concentration on the GISK turbidity standard. Inoculations of portions of a suspension of micobacteria are carried out on the Novaya medium during 6 hours with an interval between inoculations by 9-15 minutes. For the account of results build nomographic charts of laboratory strains of micobacteria growth recurrence and on compare an output of microbic mass of investigated culture data with the nomographic charts data in corresponding intervals of time. ^ EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of researches by definition of a specific accessory of micobacteria at the expense of definition of growth cycles of cultures. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
