A top and bottom nut fastening type through bolt is provided to purchase components smoothly, to reduce the cost of a through bolt about 20%, and to replace easily in a field. A top and bottom nut fastening type through bolt used for a straight through bolt is used to keep the entire bolt strength by reducing the size of a fastening bolt of an accumulator and a valve housing for securing a space and increasing the number of fastening bolts, and to prevent a through bolt from being exposed to upper and lower cylinders between the valve housing and a front head by applying a cylinder having the rectangular shape, removing a thrust ring(d4) assembled from the upper part for positing a tool when driving in a front head and applying a thrust bush assembled from the lower part.
