A real estate development and a management system thereof are provided to transparently manage the procedure of each process using a development process management program. A user accesses a banzip.com management server(40), and joins a membership. The user registers a developing real estate database(53), and manages the development of the real estate. A development procedure information database(52) stores progress data for each process, and manages the progress data. The development procedure information database monitors the member's access and approves the access of the member. |
